TimeTracker - Time Tracking App Reviews

The app claims to allow you to alter the preferences to show certain fields. Once they are changed and I scroll down to change some more, they reset automatically to default once you scroll and the fields are off the screen. Even pressing the "Save" button does nothing. Please fix. Once this is fixed, I will test and adjust my rating.

Im a small contractor and this app is easy to use. It makes it so much easier to keep track of time on different jobs. When its time to invoice its easy to pull up the time for that job. No more having to look through my calendar to find all the time for a certain job.

For me, this is the best app of it’s kind that I’ve used to record employee times on projects and share timesheet reports. After trying several others apps to record daily logs of times for multiple employees, I have determined that TimeTracker’ is the best for me. I also know for a fact that the app’s author at Silverware Software truly cares about the user’s satisfaction. Although TimeTracker already does everything that I need, I know that the app developer is always working to improve the software and is definitely interested in feedback from it’s users. Give it a try and I know you will be happy!

Good app for logging work hours. Still new to the app, but I wish it had a button for adding up total hours.

Ive been using TimeTracker - Time Sheet for a month now. It helps me keep track of my work hours without having to carry around a date planner...now I just use my phone. The app appears to have a lot of uses & ways it can track data...honestly, Im not using those. But I have had a few questions come up in my use of the app & I am always able to contact Scott (the app author) using the email provided on the app & he has been GREAT about assisting me. He answers back quickly & helpfully. This is a great app to get if you have data to keep track of!

Great apps in tracking time for my construction scheduling job. This is it! What I need in order to report my time in a snap. Though, at start was kind of slow especially the report template but once you learned how to log, configure the report template and create your own... Boom!! so awesome when it prints!!! Surprisingly very cool apps for my needs, thank you:)

I generally like the customization of reports and fields for the logs. I have it on my iPad and iPhone and it doesnt sync across very easily. You think you have synced when you manually sync after using on one device. Then you go to sync from the other device. Do it again and it works. Another feature that would be helpful would be logs that can import your entries by date ranges. As it is now, you create a log for your entries with a date range and you put your entries into that log. It would be nice if you could set a log for ranges and have it pick up your entries based on your dates. That way you can set logs to cover certain periods without having to manually put your entries there.

I like to track time for clients, write details of the task and upload the data to a database so I can use it for billing and this program has the flexibility to allow me to do this. There are many choices of fields to use and lots of ability to tailor them. I am not using the functions of invoicing directly from this app. The app also has a number of fields which can save previously used entries which I like. A desired improvement would be choices for format of the time field when exporting data so that I do not have to change it with a formula in a spreadsheet. Right now it spells it out with words which cannot be used for calculations instead of using standard time notation.

This is the best time tracker app I have found. I just wish you could sort all time cards by independent of matter.

It is extremely reliable. I have tried a number of trackers to log my hours as a consultant. This is the best. Thoughtfully crafted. I have not had any glitches.

I use this app in support of an airplane building project I am working on. I start and stop the timer and track per section what I am working on. It provides the reports I need, and is just simple enough that it does not get in the way of my workflow. I have tried quite a few others but this one works just great.

I use Time Tracker daily in my business on tracking my time per client and by project. This is how I bill my clients by different projects and different rate of pay.

Cant say enough good things about this app. I have tried virtually all of the other similar apps and they all fell short for one reason or another. I needed a way to keep up with time and billing for my anesthesia practice and this works great for me. Very nice......

Works great for me. I am a company employee that has to keep up with my time without any type of scheduling program. This app works great since you can "check in" to a project and check out when you finish.

I bought four time tracking apps and this one made the cut. It is easy to setup and get started tracking. You can track by project, client, and task. I love the ability to duplicate prior entries to quickly enter recurring entries. The sync with Dropbox is seamless and well worth the $0.99. The format of the export is easy to put into a pivot table to allow for template invoicing with the ability to modify the output easily. It has the ability to track on multiple devices and sync the information but I havent tried it. I had a couple of questions and the developer was very responsive.

I tried a couple other apps before this one. Its is hands down the best for my needs.

Great app. Only wish i could pull and push to the calendar for appointments not work/project related.
